SHIPPING INFORMATION 

ILLINTENT.com has teamed up with UPS to offer you quick shipping.

BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT: Please ensure that you provide the correct address, including your house number, street name, apartment or suite number (if applicable), when placing your order. It's also important to include a working phone number so we can reach you if necessary. Before completing your purchase, kindly double-check all your information to avoid any delivery issues. After placing your order, make sure to review the confirmation email to verify that everything is correct. This helps us ensure a smooth and timely delivery!

 

UPS 3-5 Day Business: All domestic orders are shipped with UPS 3-5 Day Business. You’ll receive your tracking number by email once the order is fulfilled. 

International Shipping: For international orders, we ship with either USPS or DHL. We usually pick the fastest delivery time depending how much the customer pays for the delivery. If you prefer one company over the other, please let us know which you want us to use. I’m really sorry we can’t offer free international delivery; hopefully one day we can. 

Stolen Packages: ILLINTENT is not responsible for any stolen packages that have been delivered. Have a safe spot for USPS, UPS or any other delivery company to drop off your package.

Package Not Received: (1) If your package’s tracking number show’s your order being delayed or missing, you can reach out to us and we’ll make sure you get taken care of. (2) If your tracking number shows delivery confirmation but you claim you never received your order. You would have to reach out to USPS OR UPS to get help. ILLINTENT IS NOT responsible and will not refund an order that shows delivery confirmation but the customer claims they never received it.
